CORLEN® FIBER TYPE 714 is a special product with very high shrinkage, for making needle spun and calander fabrics used in filtering processes where good resistance is required.
CORLEN® FIBER TYPE 812 and 813 are fibers designed for the Non-wovens industries, fiberfills and yarn spinning processes with industrial applications. This is a low shrinkage fiber.
Its properties make it a very attractive fiber since it is anti-allergic, odorless, mildew and moth resistant, does not release dust or other unpleasant materials. It is easily washed and has high resistance to usage and weathering.
In the Non-wovens field, these fibers are used to manufacture interlinings through conventional or randomized carding systems.
CORLEN® FIBER TYPE 812: 100% or blended with CORLEN® FIBER TYPE 813 with a hollow cross section; it is specially recommended to produce non-woven fabrics through laps or overlapped with mechanical, chemical or thermal bonds, for industrial applications such as: geotextiles, filters, felts, dust traps, furrieries, shoe soles and others.
It is also used as a filling material for pillows, cushions, dolls, etc., with a simple opening process.
CORLEN® FIBER TYPE 813: has a hollow cross section. It is specially recommended to manufacture items that require a high degree of bulk, support, recovery and low weight. It is specially designed for high volume wadding.
CORLEN® FIBER TYPE 813 siliconized fiber with a hollow cross section has soft touch and high capacity of redistribution, which, enables to keep the appearance of end products similar to a natural feather, but with all the benefits of CORLEN® FIBER.
Siliconized fiber is the most appropriate fiberfill product for pillows, cushions, dolls, etc
