We continue delivering to the market a wide portfolio of high added value products manufactured with high technology, which allows our clients to develop high-quality products and fashion with social and environmental responsibility, which gives value to their brands to reach a consumer every day more demanding and committed to the planet.
After a year full of challenges, great challenges and important learnings, we meet again in the framework of Colombiatex de las Américas 2021, a space where we participate in person and present to the market our most recent developments that complement our green products portfolio.
We launched our Bio Filaments, which are manufactured with CICLO® additives that accelerate the biodegradability process of polyester, similar to that of natural fibers. With this new development we continue to bet on sustainability by reducing pollution from the presence of synthetic microfibers in soils and oceans. Additionally, we present our EKO®Filaments, produced from recycled PET bottles, which are used mainly in swimwear and sportswear, highlighting the uniforms of the different Colombian teams, such as the shirts and jackets of the Colombian delegation for the Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games manufactured by Totto®.
We continue to deliver to the market a wide portfolio of high added value products manufactured with high technology, which allows our clients to develop high-quality products and fashion with social and environmental responsibility, which gives value to their brands to reach a consumer very day more demanding and committed to the planet. At Enka we continue to bet on the Circular Economy as leaders in the recycling of PET bottles, with one of the largest recycling plants in South America, also, we are building a new plant that will allow us to double the collection levels, reaching 6 million of PET bottles every day. Currently more than 50% of our products are manufactured from recycled raw materials, with which we not only contribute to the environment, but also generate great benefits for the country's recycling sector.
